With a fleet of 67 aircraft, including 51 Airbus A320neo, 10 Airbus A321neo, and 6 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners, the carrier is able to connect 50 locations both within and outside of India.

Additionally, the airline runs more than three hundred flights every single day. More than fifty million satisfied passengers have flown with the airline since the company first began delivering its services.

There are three tiers of service available to customers flying domestically and internationally with this airline. The classes are categorised according to the passengers' budgets and the requirements they have.

Vistara Airlines Baggage Allowance

Air travel can be easy with proper baggage handling. Each fare tier has a different hand baggage allowance with 7 kg for economy, 10 kg for premium economy, and 12 kg for business class. Any item that doesn't fit within the allowed dimensions and weight for carry-on must be checked in. One piece of checked baggage cannot exceed 32 kg in any cabin class. 

An excess baggage fee will be applied if the amount of baggage exceeds the allowance specified by the fare category. 

The baggage allowance for checked-in luggage on domestic flights varies from 15 kg to 40 kg depending on the class of travel. Similarly, for international travel, the weight limit for checked-in baggage is between 30kg to 64 kg depending on the destination of the flight.

Vistara Check-In and Boarding Pass

Early web check-in allows you to get the most out of your experience. Through the additional facility of the web check-in option, it is possible to make the journey of passengers special before they even set foot inside the airport. 

Passengers are able to complete the uncomplicated check-in process at their leisure and from any location, allowing them to have a leisurely experience on the airline. For domestic flights, web check-in is open 48 hours before the scheduled departure time, and it closes an hour before the scheduled departure time. Web check-in is available for international flights 96 hours before the scheduled departure time, and it closes 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The e-Boarding Pass can be accessed by passengers by email. Passengers can obtain their boarding passes at the check-in counter with a valid photo ID, one to two hours before the flight takes off, in case they do not have a printed copy with them.

The airline treats each customer with the utmost importance. At Vistara Airlines, their goal is to make sure that travellers have a worry-free travel experience. They are available to help at every turn. The airline has certain regulations for travellers with medical issues; for further information, passengers should visit the official website. 

Airline employees take extra care of young customers, so you can relax. They advise passengers to remember that the Customer Service Centre must authorise medical treatment for infants under 7 days old. Children aged 7 days to 2 years need a valid ID, while 2–5-year-olds must always be accompanied. Children aged 5–12 can travel unaccompanied.

While pressurised cabins are perfectly safe for pregnant women and their unborn children, however, there are certain limits in place for passengers who are full-term pregnant. At the time of Vistara flight booking, passengers have the option to request wheelchair services. To assist with travel planning, passengers are kindly asked to notify the airline at least 48 hours before their scheduled departure time of the request.

 

Travellers who need to bring a service dog on board must notify the airline at least 48 hours before their scheduled departure flight and provide the necessary paperwork to the Customer Relations staff. Additionally, it is recommended that they be at the airport no less than two hours before their scheduled departure time. 

About Vistara Airlines Refund & Cancellation

Vistara Direct makes it easy and cost-free for customers to make changes or cancellations to their booking up to 24 hours before departure. Notification of changes or cancellations must be made through the airline Customer Service Centre. 

Vistara Airlines online bookings on the website or the mobile app are the only ones eligible for this service. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for this perk. Travellers must make their booking no less than 7 days in advance, and they May only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the booking. 

There will be a maximum of one free change per booking. Only domestic travel within India is eligible for this service.
